Terms of Payment

• Cash Payment: To keep things simple, we kindly collect payments in cash.
• Collected on Pick-Up: Payment is due on the day of your trip and will be kindly collected on pick-up directly by your assigned driver.
• Currency Conversion: We accept major foreign currencies. Payments made in currencies other than IDR will be converted based on the official daily exchange rate.

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply if you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
• Late Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time.
• No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their tour without prior notice, a no-show charge of 100% of the total payment will apply.
