Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply if you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
- Late Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time.
- No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their tour without prior notice, a no-show charge of 100% of the total payment will apply.
