Cancellation Policy
- Price With Hotel: Cancellations made before 21 days of arrival will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for deposits or full payments if cancelled within 21 days of arrival.
- Price Without Hotel: Cancellations made before 24 hours of the tour incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of the total price.
- No-Show Policy (With or Without Hotel): If a client fails to show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice, a 100% no-show fee of the total payment will apply.
